"First off, I would love to call out the wonderful Ms. Danielle, whose professionalism was stellar, and she made my experience all around amazing, even though I wasn’t able to purchase a policy with State Farm, due to rates being high, because of an at fault accident I had in January. Danielle went above and beyond trying to get me a policy that worked with my budget, and even though she wasn’t able to sell me a policy, her kindness, and compassion for my unique situation was beyond where customer service normally goes!
